The Position of the Hands
The position of your hands is always an important part of any jelqing technique. The two most common hand positioning techniques are these:
The OK Grip. This is the most common hand position where in you make an “OK” sign between your index finger and your thumb.
The Pincher Grip. On the other hand, you can also make use of the pincher grip. This way, you place your thumb on the bottom of your penis, and your index finger on top of it. Now, you should see a line being formed with the help of your thumb and index finger, and your palm should face the top of your penile shaft. Make sure both index finger and thumb are pointing down.
